We at "Paycentra" respect and value your privacy. We won’t sell your personal information. We only share information when needed to process your payroll, AP, HR management or other necessary functions. For example we provide the net pay, account number, routing number and the name of your employees to third party processor(s) and banks to facilitate electronic direct deposit. The only information we collect is related to processing your payroll or what is necessary to share to process the payroll, AP, HR management or other functions that are related to your contract with us. All sensitive information collected about you and your employees will be kept secure. Social security numbers and bank account information are encrypted and transmitted over secure connections only.

Paycentra will set and access its own cookies on your computer to allow you to interact with the site. We also use web beacons to gather anonymous, aggregated statistical information (e.g. unique hits, page views, etc.) about our website traffic.

Paycentra may share information collected by us with third parties to help process your payroll, your accounting and bookkeeping and your HR management and other necessary functions. Paycentra will not share, rent, lease, or sell your personal information (e.g. your email address, your financial information, your name, your address, etc.) to any third party for their independent use or benefit.

Future changes to this Privacy Policy may be made at any time by sending you an email or posting notice of the changes on the site, with the changes effective 30 days after Paycentra's dispatch of the email or posting of the notice.
